Back from Otavalo

Hi everyone!
We are back to our sites this week after a nice weekend in Otavalo. We spent the weekend shopping at the local market and visiting a clinic where they use traditional indiginous medicine. Some of us were even given a full medical assessment by a guinea pig!!
We are still working hard this week at our sites preparing presentations and projects in order to share our knowledge of occupational therapy. We are all enjoying our sites and will be sad to leave all the kids on friday. This weekend we will be leaving Quito to travel to Banos for the weekend, and then to Latacunga where we will be helping out in orphanages.
